Hi, my name is Kirsten Corona. I am a licensed nail technician. I’ve been doing nails since December 2017. I currently provide Gel X and Acrylic services. Thank you for choosing to book with me. I’m so excited to meet you. If your not willing to support my business 100% by following my Instagram but communicating with me through there your appointment will be denied and your deposit will be refunded please allowed 3-5 business days for your refund to be deposited back into your account. DEPOSITS A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required when choosing your desired service when checking out your contact information, and card information will be used for your deposit. CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS If you do no call or no show, you will be banned from booking with me. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment your deposit will be lost and you will be charged the remaining balance. LATE POLICY I do have a 10 minute grace period. If you’re running late and your ETA is longer than the 10 minutes, please communicate with me ahead of time. I am very understanding. As long as you communicate with me if there’s still enough time to do your set, I will not cancel your appointment. CONFIRMATIONS My site sends confirmation emails/texts out 72 hours prior to appointment as well as reminders 24 hours before if you fail to confirm your appointment 24 hours before the appointment it will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost
